Do you offer wholesale / bulk prices?

Yes! For bulk order, just add the desire quantity in the cart on the product page and a discount will automatically be added at checkout.. 

Please note that different product may have different discount.
Bulk price cannot be combined with any other promotion / sale / discount.

No, you can check out as a guest to place an order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel one or more items in your order or pre-order BEFORE the item has shipped. Please contact us to notify us as soon as possible at contact@eleganttransfers.com. 
 
The total amount will be refunded to the same method of payment on receipt.
 
Refunds can take up to 5 business days to show up on your statement.

Can you do custom printed items? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.

What happens if some items are back ordered?

A member of our customer service team will contact you if any of the products ordered are not available. You will be given an ETA and can decide if you would like to cancel the backordered items or have them shipped once available. The backordered items are subject to a secondary shipping charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping!

We do not ship to P.O. Address.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout depending on your location and order.

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $149.99 (Canada and USA).

Please note that we are NOT responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Currently Estimated Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

What is the delivery time?

East Coast: 1-3 days
West Coast: 3-7 days
US : 3-8 days
International : 7-21 days (depending on the location)

What happen if my address is incomplete and my package is return?

A refund will be issued once we received the package. Unfortunately, the shipping cost is non refundable. That's why it's critical to make sure your address is complete. If you notice a missing information on your address, please contact us as soon as possible. at contact@eleganttransfers.com

How can I track my shipment?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 1-2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@eleganttransfers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Stolen or Lost Package Disclaimer 

Elegant Transfers is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked DELIVERED.

If your tracking number showed "Delivered", but you can not find your package, please contact the shipping provider right away to file a claim.
They will launch an investigation. Unfortunately, Elegant Transfers is not responsible for packaged lost or stolen once the shipping courrier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes your responsibility.

If you are not present to pick up the package, and the shipping carrier leaves a notice, it is then essentially “delivered.” 

To prevent stolen or lost package, you can always contact your shipping carrier to held the package for pickup. If you like us to add a signature at delivery option, please contact us once you have placed your order (some fees may apply).

Returns Policy

We do our best to sell top quality products. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us via email at contact@eleganttransfers.com with a picture of the defective product. We only accept exchange, return or refund if the items are defective or damaged.

What is your return policy? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 
All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted without prior authorization.

How do I do a return a damaged item?

We will provide further instructions after we receive your request.

How long does it take to process a return?

 
Return normally takes around 7-10 business days.
 
All returns will be refunded to the same method of payment on receipt.
 
An email will be send out to you as soon as your return has been processed. It usually takes up to 5 business days after the return process for the amount to appear on your statement.

Who is responsible for the return cost?

 
If you make a return which occurs as a result of Elegant Transfers' error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), We will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
 
If you make a return and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount to you.

Am I able to pick up my order?
